From the founder of XLNC Exotics
Your next move is ownership.
Learn the business behind exotic rentals.
Build your path into the exotic rental industry through brokering, owner partnerships, or fleet ownership. Learn how to source vehicles, evaluate your market, and understand the systems behind a rental business.
Two programs. An application and conversation before enrollment.
Three ways to enter the business
Where do you fit in?
Brokering
Connect qualified rental inquiries with established operators and vehicle partners. You work the relationships, not the inventory.
Owner partnerships
Work with owners who want their vehicles in a rental operation. You don't buy the cars, but insurance, marketing, and operating costs still apply.
Fleet ownership
Evaluate, acquire, and operate your own vehicles based on market demand, operating costs, and a real business plan.

Meet Joseph Bunna
I learned this business from the inside.

I've always loved cars. In 2024 I turned that into a career, working with three companies in the exotic car industry and seeing how the business really runs.
That's why I built EXCELLENCY — to show you the business behind the keys, not just the lifestyle in front of them.

2024
Turned that passion into a career, working with three well-known companies in the exotic car industry — and getting a closer look at the business behind the keys.
2025
Founded XLNC Exotics — putting everything learned into practice: developing relationships, earning clients' trust, and creating experiences people remember.
2026
Continuing to grow XLNC Exotics with the same passion that started it all — and guiding others who want to build their own place in the industry.

Questions
Frequently asked.
Do I need to own a vehicle?+
No. The Broker Blueprint is built around relationships and vehicle partners rather than buying a vehicle first. The Full Capital Buildout is for people planning to acquire vehicles.
How do brokering, consignment, and fleet ownership differ?+
Brokering connects rental inquiries with operators and vehicle partners. Consignment means running rentals with vehicles owned by partners. Fleet ownership means acquiring and operating your own vehicles.
What expenses exist beyond the program fee?+
Every path has business costs. Depending on your route these can include insurance, business registration, marketing, contracts, platform fees, and — for fleet ownership — vehicle acquisition, maintenance, and financing. Not buying a car does not remove business expenses.
How is each program delivered?+
Delivery details are covered on your call with Joseph, based on the program you apply for.
What happens after I apply?+
Joseph personally reviews your application. If there's a fit, you're invited to a phone call. Enrollment information is only shared after approval.
Are business results guaranteed?+
No. Results depend on execution, market conditions, customer demand, experience, capital, and other factors. No income, financing, vehicle access, or business success is guaranteed.
What are the payment and refund terms?+
Payment is only requested after you're approved. Payment and refund terms are reviewed with you before enrollment — see our Terms & Conditions.
